Bhut Jolokia (ghost pepper dried)

Bhut Jolokia also known as Ghost pepper, another one of the world's hottest chili peppers in the world, used as a food and a spice.

Flavor slightly fruity, goes well in salsa, chili, sauces, curries, pickles and chutneys. Make a chili oil to add in stews and spicy mayonnaise.

All our peppers are grown using organic methods on our farm. Peppers are air dried to preserve seeds and seal freshness.

All peppers sold by the gram-approximately 1 to 2 peppers with seeds per gram.

*Caution: when eating any ghost peppers. The burning sensation can last from 10 to 40 min. Never consume hot peppers fresh or dried whole. Hot Peppers are meant to add to gourmet foods and sauces, which helps to lessen the heat and intensifies the flavor of dishes.
