Cayenne (hot Pepper dried)

Tasty, fiery, hot, slender red peppers, excellent in chilis, tacos, salsa

SHU heat- 30,000 to 50,000 

Approximately- 10 to 20 seeds per pepper.

Most seeds can be used to grow pepper plants or used in sauces and soup dishes. 

All peppers are grown using organic methods on our farm. Peppers are air dried to preserve and seal freshness.

Peppers sold by the gram- approximately 1 to 2 peppers with seeds.

*Caution: When eating any hot peppers, the burning sensation can last from 10 to 40 minutes. Never consume hot peppers fresh or dried whole. Hot peppers are meant to add to gourmet foods, which helps to lessen heat and intensifies the flavor of dishes.
