Mexican Green Chile Cayenne (hot pepper dried)

Mexican green Chile mild to fiery hot slender pepper. Capsicum annuum. These are the immature version of red cayenne Chile peppers. Slightly milder since they are harvested before pod can fully develop.

All our peppers are grown using organic methods on our farm. Peppers are air dried to preserve seeds and seal freshness. These unripe pods will most likely not germinate to grow pepper plants. 

All peppers sold by the gram-approximately 1 to 2 peppers per gram. 

*Caution: When eating any hot peppers. The burning sensation can last from 10 to 40 minutes. Never consume hot peppers fresh or dried whole. Hot peppers are meant to be added to gourmet dishes and sauces, which helps to lessen the heat and intensifies the flavor of foods.
