Aji Rico Hot Pepper (dried, mild to spicy)

Bright red delicious pepper can be made into a homemade paprika-style powder. Has a sweetness that develops as the pepper matures. She may be mild to a hot spicy flavor, great in salsas, sauces, and soups.

Approximately- 10 to 20 seeds per pepper.

Most seeds will germinate to grow pepper plants or used in sauces, salsas, soup dishes etc.

All peppers are grown using organic methods on our farm. Peppers are air dried to preserve seeds and seal freshness. 

Peppers sold by the gram- approximately 1 to 2 peppers with seeds.

*Caution: When eating any hot peppers, the burning sensation can last from 10 to 40 minutes. Never consume hot peppers fresh or dried whole. Hot peppers are meant to add to gourmet foods, which helps to lessen heat and intensifies the flavor of  dishes.
