Traditional External Use

Colic Support may also be applied externally to the belly or bottoms of the feet and gently massaged into the skin. This traditional method may be used for adults and children and provides an external-use option for babies and young children.

When using externally on babies or young children, apply only to intact skin, avoid the face, hands, and irritated or broken skin, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Chamomile Flower (Matricaria chamomilla), Peppermint Leaf (Mentha × piperita), Fennel Seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Catnip Leaf (Nepeta cataria), and Blue Vervain (Verbena hastata).

Tincture Base

This formula is an alcohol-based herbal tincture, extracted in distilled alcohol. Alcohol is one of the most effective and time-honored solvents used in herbal medicine, valued for its ability to extract a broad range of naturally occurring plant constituents. It also acts as a natural preservative, giving alcohol-based tinctures a long shelf life of several years when properly stored in a cool, dark place.
