Suggested Use

Take 40–80 drops, up to 3 times daily or as needed, diluted in a small amount of water or juice.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day to support normal hydration while breastfeeding.

This tincture does not need to be taken under the tongue. Because it is an alcohol-based herbal extract, taking it undiluted under the tongue may cause a burning sensation. Dilute the drops in water or juice for a more comfortable way to take it.
