20 to 40 drops as needed, best not to take at bedtime for it could keep you awake.

CAUTION: Contains Licorice root which can raise blood pressure in those who already have high blood pressure issues. If you are taking Warfarin or any blood thinners, its best to avoid any herbal remedies with Licorice root.
