  • Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis, grown on our farm) – soothes and coats the digestive tract.
  • Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra) – supports calm, comfortable digestion and helps reduce potential constipation from charcoal.

  • Ginger (Zingiber officinale) grown on our farm – helps support comfortable digestion, reduce occasional bloating or gas, and works synergistically with the other ingredients to promote gentle, natural elimination.

Directions:

 

  • Take 1 charcoal ball at a time, ideally between meals.
  • Do not take within 2 hours of medications or supplements, as charcoal can reduce absorption.

  • Due to its binding properties, charcoal may cause constipation in some individuals. The addition of Marshmallow Root and Slippery Elm helps soothe the digestive tract and reduce this effect.
