Botanical Ingredients:

• Arnica (Arnica montana)
• Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa; formerly Cimicifuga racemosa)

This traditional herbal liniment is formulated to help soothe sore muscles, stiff joints, bruises, sprains, strains, and everyday aches. It may also provide cooling relief for minor insect bites, burns, and sunburns when applied to intact skin.

Directions:
For external use only. Apply a small amount to the affected area as needed. Do not apply to broken, irritated, or open skin. Because this product contains alcohol, a temporary warming or stinging sensation may occur.

Caution:
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If pregnant or nursing, consult your healthcare professional before use.
