Nettles Iced Tea Blend
Hand-crafted in small batches with wild-harvested nettles and goutweed (gathered during their brief spring window), milky oats from our farm, and ginger grown in our own greenhouse.
The only ingredient we don’t personally grow or harvest is the pau d’arco bark, which we source organically to complete the recipe.
Because we keep our standards high, we grow and harvest most ingredients ourselves, creating a seasonal blend that’s naturally rich in minerals and herbal goodness.

How to Brew for Maximum Nutrition
Place the herbs in a large glass jar or heat-safe pitcher.
- Cover with freshly boiled water (½ or 1 gallon, depending on bag size).
- Cover and let steep 4–8 hours or overnight to draw out the highest levels of minerals and antioxidants.
- Strain well. Enjoy chilled over ice or gently warmed for a hot cup.
Tip: A long, room-temperature or overnight infusion keeps delicate vitamins intact while fully releasing nettle’s calcium, magnesium, and other trace minerals.
